This exhilarating event really displayed the excellent creativity level of International House residents. Specially organized by the Residents' Society, The Costume Nite became the second major event of Session 1, 2005 after the breathtaking Harbour Cruise. A single photo of the night is enough to tell you how creative the participants were in selecting their costumes. Many residents grabbed the chance in taking photographs with Dark Angel, The Hulk, Ninja, Captaian Hook, fairy, Hawaiian beauty and many more. For one night, the games room was turned to be a fairy-tale land where everyone boasted his/her favorite costume.
The main show of the night was an effervescent dance performed by some vivacious men of IH, depicting one aspect of vibrant society. The show kept people entertained and became funny discussion topic for many days after. Other interactive shows, like dancing competition and make-up contest, involved the lucky residents who apparently were very enthusiastic to display their hidden skills. Overall, everyone enjoyed this colorful celebration.
