Session 1 Opening Dinner is the very first formal dinner held every year in International House which is to welcome both new and returning residents. The residents are encouraged to put on their national attires during the event to show the multicultural aspects of the community in International House. Before the dinner, we made our way to International Square for our annual House Photograph session. This year we invited a special guest who then turned out to be a comedian, to give a speech during the dinner. It was a joyful dinner with lots of delicious food prepared by the kitchen staffs. The dinner ended with another photo sessions where friendships old and new are immortalized in the photographs. Last but not least, the dinner proceeded with the after-party with free alcohols and lots of modern dance music.
