Part of International House tradition, we stage a Formal Dinner at the beginning of the university session. Residents are encouraged to put on their national attires, giving rise to a vibrant multi-cultural atmosphere. Following the College annual photograph, we made our way to the beautifully decorated dining hall for an evening of performances, entertainment and delicious cuisine prepared by the Resident’s Society, Seniors, and the Food Services Staff of the House.

In an arena of approximately a hundred residents, the talented among us gave commendable performances on vocals, piano and guitars. Tables team-up to answer the most number of trivia questions, while soothing classical background music set a comfortable ambience for chatting and eating.

We would like to thank the efforts of the Social Committee of Resident’s Society, performers and MC's in successfully organising this memorable evening.

After the dinner has ended, friendships old and new are immortalised in photographs as cameras snap away the evening. The program was not over yet though, the dance party followed with a modern selection of dance music and cocktails to brighten up the night.
