Vincent Pollaers currently holds the position of Strategy Executive for IBM Global Services in A/NZ in which he provides advice and guidance on initiatives which will shape the future direction of the company's business model and services and products portfolio. Prior to this, he was General Counsel of IBM Australia & New Zealand, managing a team of 17 lawyers and providing legal support to all of IBM's business units in the region. Vincent has also held positions as a solicitor in a number of internationally recognised law firms, as an IT marketing consultant with Price Waterhouse in Hong Kong, and as a Weapons Electrical Engineering Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. Vincent is very interested in the areas of organisational development and culture and is currently undertaking a post graduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy.
