John Cowan B. Engineering (Civil), Sydney Uni,1976 Adjunct Associate Prof F. of Built Environment, UNSW 2005

John has been involved in the property industry since 1976, initially with the Lend Lease Group followed by a short time with Parsons Brinckerhoff and now with Cadence Australia. During the Lend Lease period, John’s role commenced as a graduate engineer on construction sites throughout Australia through to the project management of construction developments in the retail, commercial and recreational sectors.

Today, John’s role is as a Project Director for Cadence Australia responsible for the delivery of projects for a range of clients in all of the property sectors.
